Front: Great Eleusinian Relief (from National Archaeological Museum of Athens): Triptolemos (Triptolemus) standing between Goddesses Demeter and Persephone (also called Kore), daughter of Zeus and Demeter. Reverse: Aigagros (Wild goat, Chamois, Ibex) with her young: Faience Relief from Knossos. Apples, grapes and an olive branch. Watermark: Head of Ephebos (adolescent, ephebe, ephebus), the Youth of Antikythera. Security features: Consecutively running serial numbers on the front of the banknote. Embedded solid 1/2 mm wide security thread. Predominant colour: Olive green. Artists: G. Velissaridis and I. Stinis. Engraved by: L. Orphanos and G. Angelopoulos.
