Front: State Emblem of Lebanon - Cedar of Lebanon (Cedrus libani). Geometric square spaces symbolizing reconstruction of Lebanon city block by city block. Back: State Emblem. Stairs and the sun-like rosette symbolizing development and progress of the Lebanese economy. Watermark: Cedar of Lebanon and Eastern Arabic "20000" in electrotype. Security features: Coded denomination for the blind. Vertical, segmented, windowed, 4 mm wide security thread with shifting Arabic text with exposure on the obverse. Consecutively running black horizontal serial numbers, in both Eastern and Western Arabic numerals and letters, on the reverse of the banknote. Watermarked paper.
