Ho Chi Minh City. Mythical vietnamese lion symbolising Múa Lân (Lion Dance). Multiple mini dragons within the design of the
note. Reverse: Dong Cam Dam on Da Rang river 30 km from Tuy Hoa city. Watermark: Clumping bamboo.
Signatures: Nguyen Van Dong (Chief Inspector - Tong-Kiem-Tra); Tu Van Quy (Thu-Quy Trung-Uong). Dominant colour: Brown.

Vertical, solid, 1/2 mm wide. Issuer: National Bank of Viet-Nam. Date of First Issue: 24 October 1960.
