Reverse: Carved statues. Slit log idiophone drummers. Watermark: Bearded man in a headdress. Signatures: Philip Shing (President); John A. Howard (General Manager - Directeur General). Main colour: Light red. Security features: Running serial numbers in black on the front of the banknote and parts of the design on the reverse that fluoresce yellow under ultraviolet light.
