50 Dinars 1991 (Saddam Hussein; Minaret of the Great Mosque in Samarra) Scarce (Serial Nos: 09553xx daal-kha/167) UNC
This is the scarce 50 Iraqi Dinars banknote issued in 1991 with Saddam Hussein's portrait on it. This note was taken out of the circulation and replaced by the next 1992 issue and most of these were destroyed after it's been used for a very short period of time making these one of the hardest Iraqi banknotes to be found. These banknotes have all different and mostly flat serial numbers and there is an improvised security strip (with security ink) visible on the back of the banknote.
